It’s official. I’m addicted to Pinterest.
What is Pinterest? It's essentially a virtual pinboard where you can create collections of things you love and "follow" collections created by other people. People are using Pinterest to collect and share all sorts of things including my favorites – interior design, home organization and entertaining.
If you are a visual person like me, you will love it. Feel free to follow me too at http://pinterest.com/simplifiedbee/.
Here are some of the images I "pinned” or “repinned” today and thought I would share with you.
I even found images and a link to Skip to My Lou’s tutorial on how to make ten different fabric storage baskets.
Hope to see you on Pinterest!

Organizing Made Fun
Oh dear, looking at design blogs has already become a problem for me! I love that you describe yourself as a visual person. People who are not visual don't know how much beauty (or lack thereof) affects the visually oriented folks!

That muted floral bouquet is fabulouso. I am such a visual person that is how I learn best...and get inspired. I am getting addicted to way too much wtih blogging lately...haha. Sometimes you need to PEEL yourself away from the comp to get back into "real life". But boy is it fun!
ReplyDeleteI am addicted too and find myself pinning all these pictures, some of the best! Looking forward to following along with your pins!
ReplyDeleteI've received an invite for Pinterest but I'm a little confused - do I have to use Twitter or Facebook to get me started?
ReplyDeleteAngela, yes you have to used either your Twitter or FB account to get started. So fun though!

I have been resisting because everyone says it's totally addictive. I'm afraid of what might happen if I give in but I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I do. :)
