I don't really have anything that tops any of these! Love them all!
ReplyDeleteGreat ideas. The little chocolate turkeys would also be a real hit as a party favor or on the plates at a childrens' table.
ReplyDeleteThese items put my bottle of wine to shame. I ADORE the bird ornament, of course it is from Anthropologie! Love it. Hey...wouldn't the bird be adorable hanging around the neck of the bottle of wine as a gift?

marvelous ideas! i love the chocolate turkey and i appreciate the eco-friendly candle. you're totally invited to my thanksgiving if you are this savvy of a guest - i'm lucky if i get side dishes when my family comes to eat here!!!
ReplyDeleteps you can't go wrong with numi tea. it's excellent.
ReplyDeleteOh great finds. I recently got a Linneas candle and I'm in love with it. Great gift idea!
ReplyDeleteall awesome ideas Cristin! I seriously should have monogrammed coasters. Gorgeous! Already have that pumpkin candle...lol

Most of these would be great hostesss gifts for any occasion -- except maybe the chocolate turkey... which is ADORABLE!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhen we go to a dinner or party, I usually bring homemade chocolate chip cookies or a different take on a trifle -- chocolate cake, crushed Skor bars, Bailey's-flavoured vanilla pudding, and whipped cream. Yummy!!

Great recommendations, Cristin. I always take wine to Thanksgiving (it's my assignment) and a little something extra for the hostess (my mom). This year, it's an old-fashioned, glittered santa figure that will look great with her collection. If I were the hostess, btw, I would be completely thrilled with one of Anthro's new little bird ornaments.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to my mother-in-laws for the first time ever this Thanksgiving and want to make a splash. The chocolate turkey is too darling to pass up.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if Jacques Torres, who has a shop near me in NYC, would have a similar confection?
Looks like I need to go shopping for myself since I am hosting dinner and my kids would never dream of helping out or bring me a gift!
ReplyDeleteI think I will head over to Crate & Barrel on Tuesday after bowling!
The flowering tea was going to be my favorite, until I came across the honey!! But taking the time to get something personalized, like the coasters, is a wonderful touch.
ReplyDeleteThese are great! I really like the dishtowel, but I am a sucker for anything from Crate and Barrel!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by the other day!
These are great ideas...and thanks for reminding me that I have to come up w/ a good hostess gift! Cute stationery!
ReplyDeleteI love all your picks. I've actually been wanting to try that candle for myself lately too :)
