  1. Absolutely L-O-V-E wallpaper! I'm actually trying to find the right one for our powder room & master bedroom right now and your post has given me more options which is always helpful. Thanks!

  2. I have never used wallpaper but after stenciling a quatrefoil design on the upper portion of my home office walls, I think putting up (and even taking down) wallpaper would be WAY easier! I may try some wallpaper (over my spouse's objections) but I have never used it before.

  5. Love it! I'm looking to add wallpaper to our bedroom wall behind the headboard - a bold piece that matches our registered bedding. But what to do!?!?!

  7. Beautiful! I love Galbraith & Paul. We are using their fabric in the kitchen, and seriously considering it in the bedroom, but the bedroom needs 72 yards and it is incredibly expensive to buy 72 yards of Galbraith and Paul fabric...it would be incredible, though!

I am resisting the wallpaper trend in the new house. Not a scrap of wallpaper anywhere. I just spent the last 14 years removing it from my house (built in '88) - just could not put it up in the new house.

  8. Love it! I know it isn't the most fun thing to take down {major understatement} but from what I hear from a couple wall paper vendors I've asked, gone are the days of super nasty adhesives so removal shouldn't be as bad in the years to come. Maybe I'm too optimistic but I say go bold or go home! Thnx for the great friday find =)

  10. cristin, thx for sharing their FAB new patterns, love em!....i love a little bit of wallpaper and i'm happy to see it's return...it's another way of expressing some color/pattern, just like adding pillows to a bland room.
i'm not sure i'll return to the 80's where we had it in alot of rooms, but in 2011 I plan to do a little...i like it best on one accent wall in a room or a small powder bath....

and i love the 2 lower right boxes of patterns from their collection!

    have a great wknd,
    J

  11. Wallpaper is awesome in small and large doses. We (the homeowners) have become afraid of/averse to wallpaper because the pendulum swung too far in that direction - as someone said, in the 70's and 80s. That's been 20 years...time to insert just a bit in our homes..start with a small bathroom or even just one wall... I myself am going to share this post and hope to inspire even 1 person to go for it...:)

  12. I love wallpaper! My only problem is I can never decide where to put it. Let's just say I have a number of rolls languishing in my closet.
I'm going to have to take a closer look at the wallpaper collection you've featured in this post - looks beautiful!

  14. Love wallpaper, the bolder and groovier the better. We used a vinyl lattice one (that looks like purple leather) to wrap around a huge central pole in our kitchen. It was so cheap and such a great texture.

  15. I've been wondering if wallpaper had become popular again. I feel like I've been seeing a lot more of it, is it making a comeback?

  16. Great to know - getting organized to do a few bathrooms so have been collecting ideas - can perhaps put these on the list as well!

  18. Hi Cristin! I love wallpaper. I think it's a fun pop of color and pattern for a powder room or a feature wall in any room of the home. I love all the ones you pictured. So soft and bold at the same time!
